Visitors:
Only parents or authorised visitors are permitted to visit
the children on the second and fourth Sundays from 9.00 a.m
to 6 p.m.
Visitors
are not allowed during week days.
Telephone calls for children can be made
to the school office from 2,00 p.m to 6.00 p.m on Saturdays
and from 9.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m on Sundays.

Travel :
At the commencement and the end of term the school arranges
escorted parties, wherever possible, to and from Kotagiri. Escort
fees should be paid by parents in advance, along with the travelling
expenses for the children. |
Letters
& Pocket Money :
The children
will write home every Sunday, normally. Parents are requested
to write to their children atleast once a week.
Money should not be left with the children of K.G. to Std X. If any money is found in their possession it will be confiscated. Under no circumstances should money be sent directly to children. The requisite pocket money will be disbursed by the school and debited to the child's account.
Only Std. XI & XII students are allowed to open savings accounts in the State Bank of India, and operate it jointly with the Principal.

Payments:
1. All payments should be made by crossed bank drafts on State
Bank of India, Kotagiri or Money Orders in favour of Kotagiri
Public School, Kotagiri - 643 217 and sent to the Principal.
2. Payments should NOT be sent to the staff or the Children.
